The Home Owners’ Association
The Brandwacht aan River Home Owners’ Association is established in compliance with section 29 of the Land Use Planning Ordinance, 1985 (No 15 of 1985), in accordance with the conditions imposed by the Municipality of Stellenbosch when granting in terms of sections 25(1) and 42 of the said Ordinance the application for the subdivision of a portion of the Remainder of the Farm Brandwacht number 1049, Stellenbosch, situate in the Municipality of Stellenbosch.
The Brandwacht aan Rivier Home Owners’ Association sole object is, by the exercise of the powers and the performance of the functions entrusted to it under its Constitution, to promote, advance and protect the collective interests common to all its members so that the members may derive the maximum collective benefit from their membership.
